Purpose of this software
------------------------

This software provides Visual BASIC functions for converting numbers
between numeric bases, supporting bases 2 to 36. It also includes a 
function for rounding numbers stored in a base to a number of 'decimal'
places.



Contents of the archive file
----------------------------

This software consists of a Visual BASIC code module (BASES.BAS),
a sample Visual BASIC application and it's source code, and full
documentation via two Windows help files.
